This review is from: BonJour Copper Clad 2.5-Quart Covered Saucier (Kitchen) Sure, it’s an expensive pan, but it’s worth every penny. Whenever I start to cook now, I grab this pan first. It’s beautiful, solid (heavy), and heats like a dream (evenly across the entire surface of the pan). The lid also fits beautifully.
